In November, AFSCME filed our union petition with the Public Employee Relations Board (PERB)! There will be a mail ballot election to certify AFSCME as our union.

Ballots will be mailed out on January 24 with a postmark deadline of February 15. When you receive your ballot, be sure to vote for AFSCME MD, Council 3 to certify our union with AFSCME!

In the meantime, join your fellow supervisors in building a strong union by becoming an AFSCME member.
